What We Grow

We have made a careful selection of varieties to provide plenty of tasty choices including some that are main ingredients for staple foods from all corners of the Earth.

Tomato
Tomatoes

Heirloom tomatoes are our main portion of this section (Cherokee purple, Pineapple, Brandymaster, Green zebra, Black prince, etc.). But we are no strangers to some classic hybrids like Early girl and Carolina gold that have proven to be as great as the heirlooms. And who can forget cherry tomatoes? Supersweet100, Sungold and our personal favorite Sweet Jolly.

Yellow Pepper
Peppers

Huge collection of peppers from all over the world, these include both sweet and hot. The many colors, the different shapes, the amazing flavors are a real boost for creativity in the kitchen.

Watermelon
Melons

The incredible delight of Summer. Both sweet and juicy, our melons are the ultimate dessert during the season.

Fun fact: many times we have had just melons for dinner in Summer and what a dinner that is.

Yellow Zucchini
Summer Squash

Stuffed zucchini. Grilled squash. Every year when they start we seem we can't have enough of them. Their freshness literally starts the harvest season.

Eggplant
Eggplants

So many ethnic dishes are made with eggplants. There is no part of the world one can visit without tasting a staple local dish with them. And let's not think about the memories they bring every time.

Cucumbers

The ultimate refreshments. Hydrating yet tasty, crunchy and really good for your health without the calories. Also great pickled.
